As I was on my way to work this morning on T, I was reading Stuff magazine. I stumbled across an advertisement that made me nearly choke on my coffee out of shock. A magenta page with a cute, brown animated chick on it with a caption that read, "heyfatgirl.com" Nothing else. Naturally, I was intrigued.
All day at work today, I wondered, what the hell could this be about? As some of you may know, I am currently enrolled in the Weight Watchers program and trying to drop some lbs. So anything that may motivate me to lose weight in a fun, efficient way is highly attractive!
I just visited www.heyfatgirl.com. It's basically a free website that offers advice on dieting, exercising, how to shed weight, and most importantly, how to keep it off! The site can definitely use some improvement, but the idea behind it is fabulous for people like myself. Besides updating the website so it doesn't look like it's from 1999, the ad in the magazine was very smart -definitely caught my attention. Heck, if someone if calling me a fat girl, then I would work extra hard to prove them wrong!
Anyhoo, will update everyone on Monday about how the weight loss is going. Ciao bellas! xoxo
