Mistral, South End
Friday night, I joined one of my bestest girlfriends ever and her family to celebrate our graduation at Mistral located on 223 Columbus Avenue in the South End.
This was my second time and my verdict is the same as the first - a truly lovely dining experience. Everything from the atmosphere, service, the Provencal-inspired food, and crowd is top notch.
We started our multiple course dinner with tuna tartare & salmon tartare. My friend and I killed two baskets of bread. We devoured duck, lamp chops, halibut, and salmon. YUM! Needless to say, I fell into a major food coma post-dinner.
I must say that I have had such positive experiences at every restaurant owned by the Columbus Hospitality Group (Mistral, Teatro, Sorellina etc) The group masters class, sophistication, and high quality in all aspects of their restaurants.
Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend Mistral for anyone who enjoys fancy wining and dining. 5 stars from me!
